Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani Trailer Out, Release on 28th July

The highly anticipated trailer of “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani” has finally arrived, and it’s everything we had hoped for. True to the quintessential Karan Johar film style, this movie promises to deliver romance, glitz, and, of course, plenty of family drama.

The trailer opens with an intense fight sequence between Rani Chatterjee, played by the talented Alia Bhatt, and Rocky Randhawa, portrayed by the charismatic Ranveer Singh. However, in true Bollywood fashion, fate intervenes, and after a meet cute, love blossoms between the two. Rocky and Rani become the epitome of “opposites attract” as she is well-read while he is street-smart. Together, they manage to overcome their differences, including Rocky’s lack of general knowledge, and forge a strong bond.

But there’s a catch—Rocky and Rani’s families are poles apart. And so, in a moment of inspiration, they decide to switch families for a while. Rani spends time with the Randhawas, consisting of Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Aamir Bashir, Kshitee Jog, and Anjali Anand, while Rocky finds himself in the Chatterjee household, with Shabana Azmi, Tota Roy Choudhury, Namit Das, and Churni Ganguly.

What follows is a roller-coaster ride of their kahaani (story), filled with cultural shocks, amusing one-liners from Rocky, references to the reality show Bigg Boss, and more. However, the post-switch changes won’t come without challenges, as their families struggle to see what Rocky and Rani see in each other.

To get a glimpse of this grand celebration, we’ll have to wait for the release of “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.” Karan Johar, sharing the trailer, wrote, “The power of love and the power of families – both undefeatable.” The film is set to hit cinemas on 28th July, promising an unforgettable cinematic experience.

This movie marks the second collaboration between Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, following their success in Zoya Akhtar’s “Gully Boy.” Moreover, it also marks the return of Karan Johar as a director, after his last directorial venture, “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil,” in 2016.

Get ready to be swept away by the magic of love, family, and the enchanting world of “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani”!
